10 September 2020 Webinar - Dr Melyssa Roy

 

We are very pleased to welcome Dr Melyssa Roy from the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, University of Otago, to present on a tool developed to inform prioritisation of Covid patients for admission to intensive care units.

​

Melyssa will present findings from a study using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis methods to specify criteria, and weights representing their relative importance, for prioritising Covid-19 patients for ICU, and will discuss the ethical principles underlying these decisions.

​

This promises to be an engaging and thought provoking presentation on a topic of great relevance and interest at the present time.

​

The webinar will be held at 10 - 11 a.m. on Thursday 10 September.

The webinar is free for ISPOR (NZ) members and $25 for non-members.
